User Testing for Web and Mobile Apps

  • For this project, our team carried out extensive literature review to understand what educational aids and pedagogical designs principles exist for designing for our target audience.

User Testing for Virtual Reality

  • Qualitative User Research with 30 women suffering from anxiety using mobile VR headsets to test mindfulness meditation experiences.

  • Created clickable prototypes to facilitate communication with engineers and stakeholders.

  • Tested interactive prototypes with the Design team.

Internship

For this project I was in charge of re-designing the Betatonio stores to prepare them to compete with Blockbuster's arrival to the country. My process included:

  1. On-site observations and analysis to define target users and personas

  2. Take pictures, video and record audio to sample areas that needed improvement and areas that worked well

  3. Shadowed employees to identify their needs an

  4. Developed questionnaires and interviewed prospective customers about expectations and good-to have wish-lists.

  5. I interviewed current customers to pinpoint suggestions and solution to problem areas.

  6. Developed and interviewed employees

  7. Analyzed data and provided suggestions and designs to improve the customer experience

  8. As a result, the 20+ stores adopted my recommendations to improve customer experiences and adopted my designs. The company was ready to compete with Blockbuster on time.
